There are plenty of ATMs scattered around the city, most of which accept international cards. Certain surcharges 
may be applied depending on the bank and the card’s issuing bank. 

Commercial Bank has a wide network of ATMs accepting international Visa, MasterCard and Cirrus/Maestro cards. Other options include Bank of Ceylon, Nations Trust Bank, People’s Bank, Hatton National Bank, Seylan Bank, Sampath Bank, and HSBC.
